HOW DO I GET REWARDS IF I DO NOT WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE APP?
If you can’t download the Kush21 Reward App, any of our highly trained budtenders can help you opt into our loyalty by giving us your cell phone. This will not OPT you into text messages but just create loyalty points based off your dollar amount spent.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY APP ISN'T WORKING TO ORDER ONLINE?
If your APP in the app is not displaying and or if you are having any app loading issues, please delete the App from your phone, including the Storage and Data, and re-install the app. As you will still have access to your points and customer profile. If that doesn’t work, please contact social@kush21.com for assistance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY QR CODE IS NOT SHOWING?
If your QR code in the app is not displaying or if you are having any app loading issues, please delete the App from your phone, including the Storage and Data, and re-install the app. Another way is to ask your budtender to check your account from the backend to confirm your points or help redeem reward points for a discount.
