What motivates you everyday?
My biggest motivator is my daughter and son! They keep me on my toes but they are the biggest reason I get up everyday and handle business. Being able to come to work everyday and to actually love what you’re doing is also another great motivator for me. I love my team and my customers!! I wake up today happy and am so thankful for Latandra giving me the opportunity to work under her. Iv learned so much from my lady boss ! She’s an inspiration.
What is your preference of cannabis?
My preference of cannabis is flower! I love to roll me up a nice blunt! I’m far from picky though. I like to try everything so I know what I’m selling to my customer.
What’s your favorite strain and brand from Kush21?
My favorite strain and brand at Kush 21 is Jelly by house of cultivar! It rolls so nice and taste so good with a nice relaxing high. For a cart I love me some Specimen X from plaid jacket.
What does the Kush21 Team mean to you?
My Kush 21 team means so much to me. I worked at the same job for 10 years and have never felt so close with a team like I do here. I wake up everyday and appreciate this opportunity of being able to work for Kush 21. It helps that I have been a loyal customer since Kush 21 became Kush 21! So I coming in as lead was nerve racking but it was the best decision I have made. My team has been so welcoming. I love love love them.
What piece of advice would you give for someone entering into the Cannabis Industry?
My advice if your looking to get in the cannabis industry and you have a passion for helping people and want to learn. I say GO FOR IT!! I have wanted this for so long and I wish I would have took the chance and did it a long time ago. I am so thankful that I get to be apart of this Kush 21 journey. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me ! I can’t wait to keep learning and helping Kush 21
