Kush 21 has been open for a little over a year and has just announced their first-ever employee of the month, Joelle Karhu (car-who).
“I’m pretty proud of myself,” Karhu stated.
Karhu came from another cannabis recreational shop to join the Kush 21 team about two months ago. She has her own different style and she has a great attitude and has the reviews online to prove it!
She has been involved in the industry since 2012 when she was a medical patient and soon became a cannabis medical consultant to help other patients in the industry.
This girl is happy being a budtender at Kush 21 because she loves the diversity of people, customers and employees, and how everyone just comes from all over. Even being kind of on the shy side, Karhu also enjoys meeting new people, especially the customers/patients from out-of-state since Kush 21 is located close to the SeaTac Airport.
Even though she is amazing at budtending, this isn’t her overall goal in the industry. Karhu wants to eventually be a part of the chemical testing side of cannabis. She would like to work for something like Analytical 360.
So, congratulations Joelle Karhu on becoming the first employee of the month at Kush 21 and keep up the great work!
