Cannabis Infused Salad Dressings to Boost Your Meals

Cannabis Infused Salad Dressing

We are lucky to be surrounded by so many fresh goodies in Washington state. From Lake City to Columbia City, and every neighborhood in between, we’re surrounded by farmer’s markets and fresh produce.

Spring is just around the corner and is the perfect season for a fresh, crisp salad as a main course or as a refreshing side to any dish. Try out these versatile cannabis-infused salad dressings for an even spunkier salad.

These will all require a cannabis cooking oil, but don’t fret, it’s super easy but will take some time.

Lemon Juice

SIMPLE LEMON VINAIGRETTE

⅔ cup olive oil

⅓ cup cannabis oil

¼ cup lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp sugar or honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk all ingredients together, and you’re good to go. Pair this with some arugula and baby spinach, and you’ve got a tangy, refreshing, and stony meal. Play around with the ratio of olive oil and cannabis oil for different effects.

CREAMY YOGURT VINAIGRETTE (WITH EASY VEGAN ALTERNATIVE)

½ cup Greek yogurt or vegan sour cream

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp dill

¼ cup cannabis oil

1 tsp minced garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk all ingredients together or blend up in a mixer, and you’re all set. This is a super versatile dressing, but it’s especially delicious on cucumbers, avocados, broccoli, or even over some falafel.

Chili and Lime

CHILI-LIME VINAIGRETTE

½ cup lime juice

¼ cup olive oil

¼ cup cannabis oil

1 tsp chili garlic sauce

2 tsp sugar or honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl before ready to use. This is a super simple, delicious, and tangy dressing. It’s great on fish, taco salads, and everything in between.

Cannabis Infused Dressings

PLAY AROUND WITH CANNABIS DRESSINGS

These are great, refreshing recipes to start with, but don’t feel like you can’t make your own adjustments. Depending on how stony you want your meal to get you, you can adjust the amount of cannabis oil used and replace more of it with olive oil.

Making cannabis-infused dressings is a super fun way to incorporate weed into your daily routine without smoking. Even better, you’re pairing it with vegetables making for an even healthier alternative.

You can also incorporate cannabis into your diet using cannabis-infused oil in many other ways than salad dressings, like using it to saute or marinade items. Make yourself a batch with your desired potency and get cooking!
