The holiday season is one of the most exciting times of the year for most. Between time spent with family, the generosity and excitement of gift giving, comforting foods, and more, this time of the year is full of joy. And to top it off, the colorful decorations and vibrant lights add to the festivities and warming feelings of the season.
You can find holiday lights all across the country, but if you’re particularly in Seattle, Washington, we can point you in the right direction to find the best decorations around. And if you’re looking to pick up some cannabis products before your tour de lights, we can also point you in the right direction here at Kush21.
Holiday Lights in Seattle
You don’t have to go on a wild goose chase to find some of the best holiday lights around Seattle. Head to Downtown Seattle to witness more than 135,000 lights twinkling throughout the cityscape. You’ll find the meat of it in Westlake Park and Occidental Square, now through January 9th. Additionally, Downtown Seattle boasts a 40-foot tree, as well as a holiday market every Sunday this month.
These displays and experiences are free and open to all ages.

Candy Cane Lane
If you’re looking for more than just lights, Candy Cane Lane has a lot to offer. When you pull up to the Ravenna neighborhood you’ll come across a row of dozens of 1920s-era Tudors full of lights. Additionally, you’ll see blow ups, mechanical decorations, sleighs, reindeer, and more. You can choose to drive through the neighborhood or conversely, park on a side street, get out, and enjoy a nice stroll through the winter wonderland.
Candy Cane Lane is open now until January 1st. It opens on 4PM every day of the week. On Sunday through Thursday, it is open until 9:30PM, and on Friday and Saturday, you can enjoy the displays until 11PM.
Stanwood’s Lights of Christmas
If you would rather stay in your car, head over to Stanwood’s Lights of Christmas for a lively drive-thru experience. Forget bearing with the cold and instead, stay warm, turn up the holiday jams, and drive through paths of dazzling displays.
This experience is open December 8-12, 15-23, 26-30, and January 2-8. Tickets start at $25 per vehicle and must be purchased prior to the event with a reservation. Though this isn’t located exactly in Seattle, it is worth the hour drive if you’re in a festive mood.

Cannabis Products to Enjoy with Seattle Holiday Lights
Depending where you check out holiday lights this year, you may or may not be able to openly consume cannabis. Thus, if you’d like to enhance your experience with weed, discrete products may be your best option. At Kush21, we offer a variety of discrete cannabis products that could be a great companion to your seasonal adventures.
Our first recommendation would be to eat an edible and hop in the car with a sober buddy. Depending on your preference, you can choose from gummies, chocolates, beverages, and more at Kush21. Check out our best-selling Sour Pineapple gummies by Marmas, or the in-demand Orange Cream Pie Soda from Blaze Sodas.
Vaping is also known as a more discreet way of consuming cannabis, after edibles, of course. This is due to the lack of lasting odor, as well as the need for less hits compared to smoking flower.
One of our most popular vape products, as well as a buzzing strain, is the 1 gram Skittles cartridge by Two Heads Co. Moreover, if you’re looking for something even more convenient, check out Sticky Frog’s disposable vapes. We especially recommend the Tropical Trainwreck strain, which not only contains nearly 70% THC, but also 7% CBD.
Similar to edibles, tinctures are also an extremely discreet way to consume cannabis. Whether you’re looking for more energy or more relaxation on your journey, we have the perfect tincture options for you at Kush21. We carry a diverse line of Fairwinds tincture products including sativa, indica, and various CBD ratios.
